Just a note for regulars (all special 27 of you):

The point of this site is to help other people (and myself) survive unemployment. I try to make people laugh a little, give them a little hope, let them know about good deals like K-Mart's special card and the free phone thing, maybe proffer a little advice here and there.

Lately I'm just not feeling like I can make anybody laugh or give anybody any hope, and I certainly don't feel qualified to offer any advice on anything.

That's why it's been a little slow around here. Unemployment is still a topic that ignites my soul and one about which I will have many funny, inspiring and possibly somewhat informative things to write for a good long time to come. Right now I'm just dealing with some personal issues that drain me.

Usually I dig myself out of these funks in a day or two so... anyway, sorry for the lull. Stay tuned.

As for da' rest a' you'se punks who haven't already read every word on this blog 80 times over, surf around and enjoy.
