Looks like I'm not the only one interested in tales of joblessness. New York Magazine has a nice compilation of seven unemployment stories. It's a good read. It would be even more interesting if they would have each one of these people write a monthly update, or maybe even have them all report back in six months. That was supposed to be the idea of this site, plus a support community, but I guess I'm just not organized enough to pull it together. Or maybe it's true (but probably not) what my very soon-to-be-ex-wife says, "Nobody likes you, Chuck."
