For a day, anyway

Yesterday was a very exciting day here at Survive Unemployment! Some article got buzzed up at Yahoo!, apparently. (Thank you very much to whomever got that ball rolling, if you're reading.) Somebody told me it was actually at the top of the "Most Buzzed" list for a while. Wow! It brought thousands of people to the site.

That was so cool!

Now things are back to the normal trickle of visitors finding the site through good ol' search. Sigh... Now that I've had a taste of "success," it just seems so piddly. I've worked so hard on this site. It was supposed to be a place where unemployed people could help each other survive. Instead, I guess it's just another blog. I feel like such a loser today. Why does a taste of success do that to you?

Oh well, back to the job search...
